How we have saved business $$$$ + TIME

This is a reprint of a statement from one of our client's who is the CEO of a Non-Profit Services Company. They had a full-time IT Administrator and were plagued with complexity, downtime, and inability of the staff to due their tasks efficiently:

What are the biggest benefits you’ve received or experienced since hiring us?  

• Lower overhead operating costs.  We went from a full time staff position to an on-call as needed basis of costs. 

• Our equipment does not break down as before and all programs are automatically updated. 

• Our software licenses are current and systems problems have disappeared. 

• Computer related issues are no longer a daily or routine concern.

This is a reprint of a statement from one of our client's who have a Sports Recreational Vehicle retail Sales, Parts & Service Business representing numerous Manufacturers & Products. Their systems were unreliable, undersized, software, and manuals were scattered in numerous boxes, file cabinets, & desk drawers:

 What are the biggest benefits you’ve received or experienced since hiring Oxford?  

• Oxford completely organized and made the computer system a more efficient system.  We had so much down time before and when they came in and set up our server and 20+ stations, we had very little or no down time.  When we upgraded the system (twice) due to our Management system software, they were there all night with us to make sure that everything went well and that we had no down time when we opened the doors to customers the next morning.

• They organized us and we have minimal down time.  Computer systems are running more efficiently and therefore employee productivity increased and “happiness” abounds!
