Oxford completely organized and made the computer system a more efficient system. We had so much down time before and when they came in and set up our server and 20+ stations, we had very little or no down time. When we upgraded the system (twice) due to our Management system software, they were there all night with us to make sure that everything went well and that we had no down time when we opened the doors to customers the next morning.
