Remote Access Software

Oxford has invested in remote support software from SonicWall, Microsoft, Citrix, LogMein and WebEx so we can service you remotely as well as on-site if you wish

 We currently service our client's and our own servers via Secure remote access connections for routine updates & monitoring after hours

 We also can now establish a remote connection to ANY PC/SERVER via the internet while talking to client’s on the phone using our remote GoToAssist support center software. (You can see everything we do and disconnect the session at any time. We respect you and do not access anyone's PC without their consent)
